Alterar is a free, browser‑based augmented‑reality visor (HUD) you can access on a compatible mobile device. The Service is provided “as‑is”, without warranties. Features may change, pause, or stop at any time.

2. Eligibility

General‑audience. If you are under the age of majority in your region, use the Service with parental guidance, especially when granting camera/microphone permissions.

3. Accounts & Subscriptions

  • Basic access is free. Premium experience features are available via a paid subscription handled by Lemon Squeezy.
  • No refunds, no trial. You may cancel anytime; access remains active until the end of the current billing cycle.

4. Acceptable Use

  • No illegal activities, harassment, scraping, reverse engineering, or attempts to bypass security.
  • No unauthorized commercial use of the Service or the brand.
  • Third‑party content (e.g., YouTube, Twitch) is subject to their terms: YouTube Terms, Twitch Terms.

5. Intellectual Property

“Alterar” and the software, designs, and assets are protected. No rights are granted except a limited, revocable right to use the Service. You may reference the logo/brand with proper attribution to Alterar.

6. Privacy

We process camera, microphone, and sensors on‑device. See our Privacy Policy for details on email, subscriptions, and analytics.

7. Safety & Liability

  • Use responsibly. You are fully responsible for your environment and safety while using the visor.
  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, nor for device battery usage, eye strain, or any discomfort.

8. Changes & Termination

We may update these Terms by posting a new version with the effective date. We may suspend or ban accounts at our discretion to protect the Service and users.
